In Central Market there were a few snack and titbits shops. I've seen Ban Heang products there before. Dunno if those shops are still operating... haven't been there for some time.

Yes accessible. one outlet is on the highest floor of the KLIA2 airport-mall. Not sure if there is another outlet or not

Depan jaya grocer klia2. Shud be open for public. Not sure if only for checkin passengers. Doubt traveller gonna buy grocery before and after flight.
