Just wanted to ask whether it is safe to hack those wall I've circled with blue. If got column in one of those wall, is it possible to hack it and make a new one on the sides for load distribution. |

Most prob should have 2 columns there. And not easy to do it, cause it could be supporting the car porch slab outside.

Or that could be a column also, need check back the drawing. haha. Cause got DB at the middle red circle. Got DB means you need to shift the wires to another location, extra job, wires need to reconnect properly. reno.for.dummy and aimanzaki liked this post

Seems like cannot... Got column 🤔🤔 Better check out original plan from developer... Or professional help.... Especially it's involved double storrey house... Single might just adjust here & there.. load won't be very heavy 😬 aimanzaki liked this post
