Need assistance how to setup google dns at this unifi dlink router?

Why don't you set on client device itself? Google DNS latency is negligible, in term of responsiveness. But if you wish to unblock certain block sites as global rule, then, yeah.
To me set DNS manually on client devices is good enough. |

Login to your router and set it.
User: tmadmin Password: Adm@****(Last 4 digit of MAC) or you can manually set to the device 1 by 1. |

its under services tab (top), then select dns (left)

Not a good idea to set Google DNS on the router. I've encountered lag before.
