Greetings,

My basin plumbing and cabinet needs fixing as the wood has rotted. Is there any good handyman that can do this job without charging too much?

The cabinet top is solid surfacing. At the moment i have placed silicon as a temporary measure. I would like to a proper job be done so that it looks good again. The silicon looks rather ugly.

Regards

Zheng

I approached a plumber by the name of Shun Tong or Lim but his workmanship was rather shoddy as he didn't want to guarantee and commit to work quality assurance and control. At the end the leak is still ongoing till I get a real renovation contractor that does plumbing and cabinets. All he did was take photographs and said that the work was too big for him like he was not willing to take the job and if he did anything did not want to take responsibility. Avoid this plumber at all cost. Charged me for placing silicon which was not even a major construction work.
