Hissing sound

hi, there is hissing sound in my car sound system, something like 'blak blak' sound
its quite serious when playing music via usb and then the apps ie Joox from HU the hissing sound is lesser but still exist when playing phone songs via bluetooth any recommendation to check / fix / improve the problem without sending to shop? |
