hey tats kyren's cwalk video. i also learnt from there.

okay the 'shuffle' that most of the ppl here can identify is the Melbourne shuffle, which originated from Melbourne, Aussie.
nowadays Melbourne shufflers , or known widely as 'shufflers' in malaysia, incorporate a style called 'hardstyle'. not sure where that came from, but its more hardcore cos there's more kicking and strong actions in it too. (yeah there's the running-man thing)

'C-Walk' originated from the USA. Last time there are lotsa negro gangsters, and they use these 'walks' to distinguish between the gangs, mainly the Crips, and the Bloods. C-Walk started off as Crip Walk. This was used by the Crips for some gang rituals, such as initiation, or giving out a signal to start a robbery. Most of the time they will 'spell' out their opposing gang's name (Bloods) by using their feet, and using the v-step (watch kyren's video and u'll understand) to cross out the name. This is a mark of disrespect to the Bloods.

yeah, the Bloods have their Blood walk too, but it isn't quite as famous as the C-walk. Later on, crip walk evolved to 'clown walk', whereby the walker dances like a clown. Why? because clown walk focuses more on speed, and he probably looks like a clown doing that to entertain kids if he was in a clown's suit.

so here's the breakdown:

crip walk = focus on style and smoothness
clownwalk = focus on speed
crownwalk = mix of both, though it is kinda hard to distinguish them from the previous two. (its just a term created by walkers)

oh yea, and they sometimes call c-walkers as just 'walkers'.

i usually practise at home.. outside at the porch there la..
sometimes go to the carpark at 1u.. top floor.. then can see maself in the glass window =D
