Anybody can enlighten me on spandek roof? What are the pros and cons if I were to use it for whole house? Any soundproof/heatproof material that is recommended?
Planning to change whole roof after CNY, since current roof already crack and starts leaking at multiple joints.

Is the modern version of the olden days zinc roof sheet.

Appoint a company who specialises in doing this type of roofing and not just any contractors. He should be able to advise you what need to be done and also warranty.

A good workmanship is important as these type of roof tend to get blown away during thunderstorm.

Noted on that. Just want to get a general view/guide if anyone here has knowledge on what to take note when using this type of roof. My budget lari so cannot do tile roof.

Hi, just curious how much was it quoted for spandek roof?

Im looking at repairing and changing the roof tiles....hence doing some ground works on the various types/solution out there.

We are in the same situation. Have not get a proper quote from contractor as they need to come and measure, not to mention the type of materials. I am looking at metal roof since tile will be way out of my budget.
