not really. my reissue MP01 still has "Teh Eyes" on the box. so that theory might just be inaccurate.

and no, 20th anniversary is not superior than reissue MP01. what would u rather have? shorten "gayish" smokestacks that'll cost a few more bucks to replace, or a loose leg that can easily be fixed at RM2.50? same QC, near same price. MP-04 is the one with bad QC.

the only advantage 20th anniversary prime have over MPs is the black gun. the battle dmg is not really something to be proud of anyway.

smokestacks were about USD19 IIRC from aunt lenny last year, it was just a sample back then. have to order. that's what i meant by "a few more bucks" .

really? 20th anniversary originally came with grey rifle? then the 1st batch has no advantage at all over an MP .
err...fixed means it does not fall off anymore. i could throw my MP01 to someone's face and am pretty sure some other part will broke off 1st before the leg. plus, MP series is not or playing, it's for display, 99% of the time you won't notice the the loose leg. but a shorten smokestack?

however, black rilfe > grey rifle >>> blue rifle.

aiyaa, when i say "bucks", i'd usually be refering to USD la. else i'd say ringgit. "ie..USD19 is only a few bucks".

that's the 20th anniversary. not the DVD. point to note:
- MPs have longer smokestack, no dmg paint
- 20th anniversary has shorter smokestack (due to US regulations) and some black dmg paint.
- 20th anniversary DVD has shorter smokestack, no chrome, no dmg paint.

fixed means it won't fall off dude . nobody touches my display stuff anyway, i have a no finger print policy.

do any of you guys let people play with your MPs near a fish pond? i honestly don't know who to blaim if anything bad happened.

simply by looking at the box is nearly impossible without opening. there was a rumor that the reissue have a corrected spelling. however, my reissue stil has "Teh Eye" on the box.

nope just checked. my mp01 box is practically the same as 1st issue. although i'm really dead sure mine is reissue. maybe they swapped the thing during purchase?

let me add:

one can play forever without having to worry about paint chips, the other is just so fragile that you can only display them. seriously, the day they make MP OP from plastic is the day i'll be selling my MP01 .

i'm like him. heck, even my gundams goes back in the box if i don't want to display them. even my guitars and guitar gears goes back into their respective container when not used. maybe i'm just that kind of guy.

honestly, he needs to control himself before he waste all his saving fo TF. still in school somemore. . kids these days. my parents would've beat me up for wasting my saving like that (when i was younger).
