Im looking for vets that can spayed my cat as early 6 weeks after delivery n currently still on heat (9 days duration)

The vet i know need to wait till 2 months, but that was the receptionist who tell me. Im sure it can be done early from what i got from internet

I feel desperate, because i dont want to cage my cat for long term
