QUOTE(aaron1717 @ Jan 3 2022, 05:34 PM) never regretted selling him even once... lol... when he came i also din reli celebrate his arrival... feel like buying a 80mil fridge for me... din expect we will have 80 mil fridge as striker and another 80mil fridge as defender That time Ole use the soft approach and let him go, luckily Inter can offer good price for him.But now Tuchel using hard approach and now Lukaku merajuk, eh this is just first half season and drama already started. |

Carrick and Mckenna left, and yet still wanna blame assistant coach quality, so this is player problem or coach problem? What they see in training we didn't see lol. Vdb can't be worse than matic. Complain training like shit again lol. This round no mckenna to blame |

QUOTE(silvertoes @ Jan 5 2022, 02:41 PM) Last year before he got the job, Ralf was saying Shaw is not United's best LB.. said he wouldnt take CR7 or Messi because they are too old.. now he playing both Shaw n CR7 lol.. something is really wrong RR has to adapt on what the players he having right now, intensity 90mins pressing is not going to work given to the limited training time, so he can opt for press for 45 mins and switch the tactical a bit. |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Jan 8 2022, 01:14 AM) We are now seeing the price of Ole's management. TBH the players has the fair share of blame as well, u cannot just push everything to Ole. The backroom staff has revamp and yet the problem still afloat. Ole has been sacked, Mckenna and Carrick has left the club, it is time to move on. A responsibility free holiday camp for a group of players who call themselves United DNA that is safe from criticism and whose position at the club cannot be touched. A group whose collective egos are big enough to directly challenge any new manager who trespasses into their territory. They may say they are playing for the club, but that is only because they think the club is really themselves. Now at the slightest hint of pressure of raising the standards they go the mutiny route. Many of them are really looking like they are not good enough. And not just the players. The "jobs for the boys" backroom of Ole who he deems world class but without any real qualifications. Yes, Carrick and McKenna are gone. Nobody really knows what Mike Phelan's role is. He does not take charge of training. He doesn't do press conferences. And he doesn't do game management. Darren Fletcher is a Technical Director at the biggest club in the world without any prior experience. And he must be the first Technical Director to put on a tracksuit and shout instructions at players during games. Suddenly everyone's position at the club is under threat and they need to band together against the manager. Fans say Mourinho was toxic. I would say Ole has been the worst manager post Ferguson and we are in a worse state now than post Mourinho. The Board has to come out publicly to back the manager in making difficult decisions. This will not end well if some Board members privately support some of the dressing room prima donnas. Now let Richard Arnold the new CEO to decide who will run the club, from the press it seem he will let the expert to handle football matter and i hope he won't be Kayu 2.0. I have to agree with u, the board has to backup RR or else it will be a disaster, until now i have not heard RR being offer a contract for consultant job for 2 years Pogba definitely need to leave by this summer, enjoying himself at Dubai at this moment is a bad PR, some more post at his socmed. Now the players can ride on manager head and decide what they want. QUOTE(IpohGuyz @ Jan 8 2022, 11:19 PM) Sos fb: Harry Maguire is leading the way in the player revolt against Cristiano Ronaldo. It’s though that Ronaldo has called out players on their standards and this has caused ‘unrest’ in some of the squad. Maguire drop one match and start to rebel? TBH Ronaldo is not the core problem in the teamEat shit la this kapitan. Ole biggest mistake is buy him This post has been edited by yhtan: Jan 10 2022, 11:38 AM |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Jan 16 2022, 08:54 AM) Denis Zakaria rumoured to be in discussions right now. To solve that problem, the board must offer at least Rangnick a consultancy job contract on the table, once that news spread out, those player will only take it seriouslyWill be around 6M as he is out of contract in the summer but he has a fair amount of clubs going in for him. United really need a DM now. On a separate note, I am not too worried about team performance yet. I remain hopeful. We can't be going in on Rangnick every time we don't get a win. So let me break down what I saw in the Villa game and where the club is at : - Manchester United are a club in dire need of tactics, of new culture and of new direction when RR came in. That hasn't changed. - Ronaldo's interview basically confirmed what the fans knew, there are dressing room groupies at United that has been allowed to apply a sub-standard ethic and mentality for the past 3 years and they control the dressing room. - Has RR made any changes to tactics or culture in the past 2 months? Yes for tactics. - To quote posters here, it is apparent that Rangnick was the team playing his way of football but they don't seem to have the fitness to do it across a football game. United keep reverting back to type late in the first half and the second half. The lack of fitness plays into some players treating United as a holiday home all these while and still getting selected. - Is Rangnick changing the culture? Yes but slowly because he has to deal with dressing room rebels and doesn't get the respect he should as boss because he is interim. That makes it difficult for him and where players like Ronaldo wants the change. - Suddenly, we have the entire English core "out injured" coincidentally. Whatever the reason : Maguire, AWB, Shaw, Rashford, etc isn't starting. So maybe the manager is making the difficult decisions to bench players who are not ready to play the way he wants. - You remove the core of the players starting for United the past 3 seasons, it will impact team performance. It looks like short term pain for hopefully long term gain. What you are seeing is some players no longer getting automatically selected every week and the team learning to play without them. - Varane & Lindelof look decent as a partnership. We are very obviously lacking that midfield steel but that has been a problem for the past 2 years. - So with all to do, I think RR is doing the things he can but United are such a big pile of shit that it will take time. Ronaldo has said it will take time. Of course, everything must be time bound and I will stick to my guns and say March earliest or end of the season to judge. |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Jan 24 2022, 11:52 AM) Let's talk about progress. The 4-3-3 seem suitable rather than 4-2-2-2. McTom as no.6 and Bruno and Fred play as no.8 at both side seem better.Yes, RR has come under fire from certain quarters especially after matches we did not win. He has since played 10 matches with the same team Ole had. - In 10 games, he has 6 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss. Strength of the opposition may be a talking point but you can only play who you have in front of you. The results are a positive in us trying to get Top 4. - He is shaking up the dressing room. Underperformers can now be benched regardless of nationality instead of being guaranteed starters. In this, we have seen some players step up when given chances. Dalot for example. - He is showing big name management. CR7 could have been a drama in itself but he handled it well and reminded Ronaldo everything was done for the team. Slowly, we are showing progress. A lot will depend if we get midfield reinforcements in Jan. We may also bleed some players who I like that were not given a proper chance (VDB), but at this point I just want the club to be set on the right track for the remainder of this season. We will re-evaluate in the summer on how RR does. |

QUOTE(IpohGuyz @ Feb 10 2022, 09:39 AM) Rooney new bio..... Modern players now has bigger sound than the manager, they can gang up and oust the manager if they don't like the manager 'I went into Alex Ferguson's office, and I said to him: "What's the plan here? At the minute, we've brought in two young English players who are unproven." I remember Alex Ferguson's response was, "Get out of my office".' Scary fergie. |

That tackle to Ronaldo deserve at least a yellow card
Anyway first half was shit, the best player probably on the pitch is Lindelof. I understand why Rangrick place Lindelof because Joao Felix threat. But the ball does not move pass the midfield line, very often u can see Ronaldo has to drop back. Fred playing as holding midfield and Pogba in front of him, Pogba very often lose possession due to pressure by 2 AM players and he is damn shit in this first half. His short pass or Long pass is not on point. AM very often counter attack because of Pogba losing possession. As for the back line, Maguire and Varane is very bad today. As for Rashford, crossing is shit, dribbling against 2-3 players, hardly track back. |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Feb 24 2022, 08:22 AM) There we go. Prediction aged well. Just half of the season and the relationship between Levy and Conte has turn sour? Glazer is very glad of their decision United Board probably breathing a heavy sigh of relief and rewarding themselves for making the best decison in their own benefit. QUOTE(BartoCastro @ Feb 24 2022, 08:54 AM) We are clueless in the 1st half, like a bunch of players playing with each other for the first time. Atletico were very compact, always 5 at the back, and their midfielders not shy to commit a fouls. I don't recall any of our movement in side their penalty box. Just string of stray crosses between 2 flanks. A giant 7 feet striker can't get any one of those. 1st half, 2 CB commit mistake, ball cannot move until Bruno/Sancho/Rashford leg. Pogba is shitty and 2nd half improve a bit.The 2nd half were much better for us. Few nice exchanges between attacking players but without any meaningful attempt, except the goal. Good substitution again by Rangnik. Good result indeed, more than we deserved. Atletico the better team. The away goal rule do not apply anymore. So expect Atletico will playing counter attacking, defend deep, with the fast front 3. After this match i can see Rashford will slowly lose his first team position to Sancho/Elanga. |

QUOTE(statikinetic @ Mar 2 2022, 02:51 PM) Video shows Rashford again with work rate issues. Last match against Watford, Pogba also another one, lose possession and whine again, didn't even to put in effort to track back and win the ball. Unlike McTom, no matter how bad he play during the day, he lose or mispass, he will still run back and pressure opponent. He came on with fresh legs so tiredness doesn't factor in. Rashford doesn't make the run to attack the space and instead jogs into position, missing the clear chance as a consequence. Elanga play much ahead of Rashford mainly because of the work rate, he can press, track back and create opportunity. That's why Rangnick prefer to play Sancho and Elanga beside with Ronaldo. |
