Some photos even dates back to 2020 so it’s been happening for awhile. The GF probably just had enough after another round of abuse.

I mean...Ronaldo pretty much did the same and had admission on record of rape with his lawyer and no one really gave a fuck because he is Ronaldo and he shut her up with money.

Yeah but just because she tried to extort him for more money doesn't mean he didn't rape her. They can both be guilty of different crimes.

Is Greenwood suddenly forgivable if they can reach a monetary agreement out of court?

Now I don't expect United or Ronaldo fans to crucify him just because of this. Fans are illogical and hypocrites, that's just the nature of football tribalism. That goes for supporters of any club.

It's not just a tabloid spouting unbased rumours mind you. The source was Football Leaks who were responsible for the uncovering of many financial scandals and sensitive information in football. There is discussion to be had about the legality of that as Portuguese authorities have tried charging them with extortion and blackmails but no authority has doubted it's authenticity, only attempts to censor them due of their illegal means of obtaining them.

As for Ronaldo's case specifically the leaked documents were NDA documents between him and his lawyers. Some of which were even signed by Ronaldo himself.

And yes I'm well aware of Kobe and he wasn't so innocent himself either. People tend to overlook them because of their stature. No one is doing it for Greenwood because he isn't Kobe or Ronaldo. And of course the extremely graphic pictures and audio recordings doesn't help his case one bit. It's much easier to ignore something you cannot see or hear.
