its funny that we are so delusional we put a very high expectation to this joker german guy rangnick

he have ZERO experience in a very intensed champions league knockout stage compared to simeone. ZERO.

the LAST knockout stage was with schalke which got trashed by sir alex. after that? ZERO

simeone got a lot of heart break against cristiano side compared to ragnick. now tell me, between simeone and rangnick, who want to win the most? OF COURSE HE ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO DO WAAAAAAAAAYY BEFORE THE MATCH GAME

and what did this joker german guy did? what is the players have in mind? COMPLAINING? HAHAHAHAHAHA! silly

...really we fans have no clue at all.

this german guy really.. talk cock

QUOTE(KennRicky @ Mar 16 2022, 08:45 PM)
I think RR made a wrong decision to request to BUY a DM.
It is very hard for an interim manager to buy a player, apatah lagi Manchester United punya controlling management.
If he request to loan in a DM, then the management might approve.

*
..because the STUPID BOARD only listen to murtuough transfer target DECLAN RICE abd reject rangnick target

QUOTE
Romano told the latest Here We Go podcast: “Manchester United were offered the opportunity to sign Boubacar Kamara in the last days of the window but they turned down this chance because they will invest more money for the new manager. They want to wait and see what’s best.”

QUOTE(im.Nubis @ Mar 21 2022, 01:44 PM)
Most importantly, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT listen to Sir Alex Ferguson's advice. I have huge respect for him as a manager but as an advisor, I don't appreciate him interfering with the club. He shouldn't force the so-called United's DNA, it doesn't exist and United should not stuck with the former glory. It's time to move on.
*
why? what he did?
1. moyes
- that was not his first choice. he want pep. he even go to see klopp. both reject man utd because of how man utd run the club
2. ole
- not his call. that was all on woodward
3. ronaldo
- if not because of him, cristiano cud score hattrick against us with city

MU DNA united way bullshit was from Ole the fraud, not him.
Ole the fraud want to built this team around Pogba, not him
if he still the manager, players like pogba rashy henderson already sold to another club, maguire will never get the armband, and degea will always be no.1. if he still the manager, cristiano already become captain the moment he steps in.

so.. what he has done wrong?

for me ..

if , they replace Director of Football position from murtough to rangnink, scrap the technical director crap and give rangnick power to rebuild
- then hiring Erik tan Hag would become a positive move

but, if they keep murtough position, just use rangnick only as consultant to give advice without any power
- whatever manager be it poch or ten hag will not give u anything

...honestly, the way i see it, man utd will not give rangnick any power to decide, but just an advisor to murtuogh ..
therefore, i dont think ten hag will come. and clearly poch is clear favorite puke.gif

do you think the glazers is the problem, or all this while they were listening to murtuogh?
poch, kane, haaland, sancho, maguire,.. these list i believe were coming from their scout system previously headed by this guy, and now the same guy is in that director position. doh.gif

on this poch thing ..rio now join the buddies bandwagon
..gnev, butt, rio, lineker, all recommend poch

scholes more into tuchel and conte ..

a reset is not just changing manager.
it should be from the top.
we cannot change the owner.
what about changing the direction, starting with this dude.

do u trust this dude?
i dont.

but all the joker at the top still have faith with this dude's project. just sack him already, replaced with rangnick. at least he have experience compared to this dude

a simple google can find all his past mistakes and red flags, the recent blunder is his slow incompetent decision making on replacing ole the fraud, and bring rangnick (already a director) to fixed his shit in short period of time.

..example like this:
QUOTE
Report – How John Murtough ruined Man United deal for Haaland

According to news outlet Football Insider, John Murtough is the man responsible for Manchester United failing to get the Erling Haaland transfer deal done.

The incident occurred in 2018 when Haaland was not yet a familiar name for football fans across the globe. An upcoming youngster, he could have joined United for a mere £3million. (h/t The Express)

The landscape has changed since and the 20-year-old is now one of the best young players in world football. This has also seen his value skyrocket to around £100million. (h/t The Express)

United were closing in on Haaland while he was still at Molde in the summer of 2018. However, confusion over different time zones ended our pursuit.

Old Trafford chiefs arranged a 9 am call with the player’s agent, Jim Solbakken, to finalise the deal. But Molde believed the call would be at 9 am their time and not British Summer Time, which was an hour later. (h/t The Mirror)

By the time United called, Molde had agreed on a deal to sell Haaland to RB Salzburg. The man responsible for the goof-up was none other than our new Football Director John Murtough.

The report cites a source involved in the negotiations who name-called Murtough as the person supposed to make the call to Solbakken. He is now set to head United’s new recruitment process after being appointed in his elevated new role last week.

The news that Murtough’s oversight cost us Haaland is sobering. While it is easy to doubt the credentials of a man who managed to mess up what could have been the deal of the century, we also hope it has made him wary and more attentive to details.

The jury is out ahead of what could be a defining summer window for the Red Devils.

Its always going to be tough to gain respect. Players who won alot won't listen if managers won nothing much.

jose mourinho won everything but the media+ex-players+manutd buddies+pampered FC players still throw him under the bus.

You are right. I don't trust him. But so far after kayu out, he has done something that might be pointing to the right direction.

Appointing RR as an interim with future consultancy roles possibilities at least make it look like that we are doing something properly for the future and not just short term solution.

But it all also depends on who will be the next manager. So I guess we will have to wait and see how it folds out at the end of the season.

another red flag.
QUOTE
Ralf Rangnick says he has an opinion on who should be the next Manchester United boss but is yet to discuss the subject with the club's hierarchy.

United's interim manager is the seventh occupant of the Old Trafford dugout - including caretaker spells by Ryan Giggs and Michael Carrick - since legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.

They are searching for another permanent manager once more while trying to secure a top-four finish and progress into the latter stages of the Champions League.

Manchester United football director John Murtough says a "thorough process" is under way as the club looks to start challenging for "top trophies" again.

But that process has not yet extended to asking for Rangnick's view.

"So far, we've not spoken about that," he told Sky Sports News.

"Not with John Murtough or anyone else, we've not spoken about this topic over the last weeks and months since I've been here. I know my opinion but so far we've not spoken about that so it's all I can tell you."

Mauricio Pochettino remains the favourite for the United job, according to the bookmakers, and in November Sky Sports News reported that he would be interested in the role.

Erik ten Hag is also among the favourites for the job, and his work at Ajax has won the admiration of Rangnick.

"I don't know him to start with as a person, but I've seen how Ajax have developed since he's been there," Rangnick said.

"I know about the work he did while he was at Bayern Munich and it's obvious he's one of the top coaches in Europe but there are a few others.

"We've not spoken about any new manager so far and therefore we've not spoken about him."
this everton dude is about to throw rangnick under the bus too.

QUOTE(silvertoes @ Apr 7 2022, 04:34 PM)
If he want him at United he should get him.. i personally would rather not, plenty of better striker out there..

Hope ETH is a badass.. come in and demand signings, and tell the whole world if he didnt get his backing..

Will see soon enough he got the balls to bench protected players or not..
With him in charge, will new contracts be offered to these protected mediocre players like Shaw, Rashford, McT and Maguire?..

Really hope he's the real deal.. ruthless and stern.. like the previous successful managers at United.. interesting time ahead yo
