battery model SQU-1724
maybe can buy third party and replace urself...

https://www.laptopbattery.com.my/gigabyte-b...724-battery.htm

172(4) i guess is 4 cells and 172(3) is 3 cells.
1724 is 63WH which should be same only that whether its a stock with full capacity or not. Bloating wise think depending how you use it.

When i use it for gaming and plugged in alot it bloats very fast. If use for normal use can last longer. Can get the 1723 smaller one if u wanna save money cause its gonna bloat again sometime soon haha..

Bought squ-1724 as linked above. Fit perfectly, as for how long it will last, who knows.

Illigear serviced the laptop for me, change battery with the one i bought, thermal paste, change out worn out thermal pads. Hopefully i can get a good 3 more years or more out of this laptop smile.gif.
