Owner liquidating their share, soon become fully local company. Some expect after this will go down so jump out of the ship first before it sink.

I seem to recall an upcoming tax on courier services in the 2022 budget. Maybe that may have -ve impact on that industry.

That's an import tax on small value items... separate matter (which may also indirectly impact courier services).

There will be a service tax on courier fees which has more direct impact.
