Tile laying is another Chinese guy.

Plumbing by the main con himself.

Pakai jubin warna hitam @ gelap
Ramai menyesal ni sebab warna hitam tak tahan lama. Warna akan luntur jadi putih2 and cepat kotor kena bekas air sabun. Nak pakai boleh kena rajin sental dengan lembut la 🫶

Tanam shower dekat dinding
Kalau leaking masalah besar kena kopek buang mozek dekat dinding tu untuk baiki. Makan modal la tu. Unless you kaya takkan jadi masalah

Shower glass
Kalau jenis pemalas and busy kerja jangan la pasang benda ni. Masalah dia ialah kalau tak rajin basuh & lap lepas mandi nanti dia akan lekat watermark & bekas sabun lama2 jadi kekal dekat situ kalau lambat buang. The key is kena rajin kalau nak pasang.

Tak custom tempat letak sabun
Ni ramai jugak terlepas pandang. Kalau ada ni mudah tak payah beli rak and bilik air pun tak jadi sempit & serabut dengan rak tu.

Kepala sinki warna hitam @ murah
Cepat kotor sebab lekat bekas sabun2 nanti akan jadi putih2 and warna akan pudar. Satu lagi cepat rosak esp jenis besi murah sekejap je leaking

Menyesal ade bowl sink
Kalau korang jenis tinggi 155 ke bawah tak payah la sebab tak best pakai asyik berlaga siku je. Sink ni more to orang tinggi punya. Lagi satu mostly kan sink ni atas cabinet sebab tu jadi tinggi and susah.

Menyesal tak add big mirror
Kalau tak pakai cermin besar memang rugi sebab cermin ni lah yang buat bathroom korang nampak luas. Kalau perasan dekat Hotel mostly cermin besar kan? Sebab nak bagi nampak luas laa padahal bathroom dia kecil je.
