hey,recently i bought a pair of shoes from someone in Perth,Australia..

he shipped the item through AirMail last monday(10th Sept 2007) and i haven't receive them till today. How long does it take USUALLY for the item to arrive in KL from Perth through AirMail and is it true that AirMail doesn't provide any tracking system (tracking number or something) in order to track the status of the parcel?

finally,what if my item does not arrive?is it insured??

Air mail no tracking number. Registered mail they do provide tracking number. For estimation days of arrival, please refer to www.pos.com.my. Calculations of days exclude sunday and public holidays. only include working days. Hope this helps.

is it possible for parcel to be lost during transportation and we can't do anything bout it?

i send things back to KL from Switzerland .... 1st priority on normal pos 1 week... 2nd priority 2 weeks.

so i think Australia should be about the same... maybe 1 week latest ! fastest maybe 3-4 days.

added: Please check online... haha.... sometimes the item cannot pass custom Malaysia.

Hi Bro,
You bought AJ ar? Yes it normally takes one week time as i just received the shoes parcel from taiwan, appx one week shipped from last monday which i received on this monday recently via air mail.

I believe that if its sent by parcel, will definitely provide the tracking number from the shipper's local post.
