Tech Support TIMES Huawei HG8145X6 and WA8021V5 Issue, can't achieve max speed

Hi All Sifu...
I just installed my TIMES 500 mbps today, on connection to the Huawei HG8145X6 wifi 6, I'm able to get max download speed.
but when I connect to wifi extender Huawei Echolife WA8021V5 (come in package), I can't even achieve 10% of the speed, only around 20+ mbps. Only if the extender plug in LAN cable to Huawei HG8145X6, I'm able to get max speed on extender.
The outsourced technician also don't know what happen.
Is there anyone can help?

Wifi extender will typically give you half the speed. So your solution would be to wire the router and extender, or get a good mesh setup.
