Not sure is this posted or not. I tried to search it seem don't have such topic.

So let's talks about Silent Hill 5. I just watched the latest gameplay video in youtube for Silent Hill V. Now i only know that Silent Hill is handed to the western for the development. Mean no longer develop by Japanese. Then i saw the gameplay video.... OMG OMG OMG..... is no longer a Silent Hill type. In the video it still carries the Silent Hill elements such as the horror and monster type but the developer said will have more action for the character. Actually i also understand that in Silent Hill you won't have much control for the character especially in fighting. But that is the origin of Silent Hill. In the game is not ask you to attack them, kill them.... like Resident Evil, hardcore killer. Silent Hill is different. I just feel that Silent Hill V won't carry the origin of Silent Hill.

Maybe you can said that i can't adapt for the change but i think that is the speciality of Silent Hill. What is the best friend in Silent Hill? Pipe Still hard to judge. Hope it will better when in near release.

Still as frightening as the previous few games! Silent Hill always scared me, I didnt even finish a single game! Too frightening!

By the way dunno wat the scans said, all in language that i dun understand!

i prefer silent hill with brighter enviroment, such as silent hill 4.
But the "feel" is better on vol 1,2,3, just too dark, making me dizzy ....

let me know when they have demo or trailer on playstation store...

will burn my pocket 4 ps3, silent hill is good horror game too. playing it from ps1 (silent hill) until 4 (PC). quiet scary too

sigh ... I saw there's 2 scenes which is completely copy from the Silent Hill the movie. The new developer run out of ideas is it? I can forsee Silent Hill 5 going to be a failure. It have to copy other ppl work and make the monster look like resident evil type, they forgot silent hill's monster is more look like nightmare type of because those monsters are produced by the heart/imagination of the main hero/heroin and not by lab.

The nurse monsters exist is because in Silent Hill 1 the little girl die in hospital and hate all the nurses, so in the nightmare mode some of the monsters are nurses look alike. In Silent Hill 5 also the heroin hate the nurses as well??? They want copy also don't ask how original the monster come by ...

If Silent Hill don't wish to extinct please request the original developer to produce it.

Yup. When i saw the scene...Ehhh is this The Movie or The Game.
That y i said SH5 didn't carries most of the original element. It is not design to be like this.
Maybe they want something new.
