Recently I keep received call and message from a stranger phone number. From the message that guy seems like know a lot from me and known me by telling me some of my secret happened long time ago I thought nobody known. He didn’t threaten me anything just i am curious to know who is he. Didn’t see that number registered for any WhatsApp, FB, whatever social media. Looks like just someone’s backup number

Just curious if I want to check and know who is the owner registered on this phone number, can I get the answer when I go to DIGI, Maxis, Celcom etc shop and ask? Are they able to check the info from system? Will the shop worker attend this type of request to anyone? Or only the owner or show the IC will get the confirmation on the answer?

Anyone here had worked in telecommunication store before can advised on this? Or how can I check this?

You can't go round asking any random telco personnel to break the law for you for a bribe. You may get reported. At least you must have an inside friend or connection before you can consider this route. Not that I condone doing such a thing but your suggestion is naive, impractical and unworkable.
