C=City, V= Vios(or do u mean Viva?) and L=latino?
i thought they're in different class? they should be in line with persona, no?
everyone has got their own preference, u generalize and say when they call the BLM as ugly, then other car also ugly is simply unfair too..
u cannot just simply post here and expect everyone to agree with u.
anyway, for a sub RM40k car, what do u expect?
if they price this above RM40K, then i think proton is gonna shoot their own leg again, price competition with the persona..
if they price it below between the 35-40K region, then this is gonna give the viva serious competition..

if they do it right, and price it right, i dont see why they will fail..
iron out all the current issues, i'm gaining confidence with the neo, and persona, hopefully this BLM will do better..

looking at the new photos, i believe the boxy tail is probably camouflage with paper box or something... it's unnatural, and they would be stupid if they really design the tail to be boxy like that.. and i say this car is not that bad looking after all.. at least better than the current saga..

maybe proton didnt con u, the speedo does..

i believe the decision cannot be made solely by perodua team as they're owned by daihatsu.. if daihatsu says no, they cant do anything also.. perodua might just be a brand under daihatsu that does rebadge or localize the japs model.. imagine if the myvi was not localized, and they have to bring in the passo/sirion, what will the price be? surely wont be competitive already..

after conversion, including tax or not?
the car itself is not expensive, the import taxes are..
any japs car will be cheaper if converting from HKD -> MYR
but after u brought it into malaysia, everything will be different.. the car prices will be skyrocketted..
