Savvy and most proton cars aren't really independent tested. So far, how well it performs under a real NCAP test remains to be seen.
I heard someone mention this Saga is 3 stars?
Anyway, if u do some research on the net, even NCAP tests got their limitations.
If I'm not mistaken (someone correct me if I'm wrong), the ratings are based on collisions involving similar sized cars...... So what would happen if it involved a small and bigger car (SUV) perhaps? It not only depends on the individual cars body stiffness, but also involves the relative stiffness and impact force between the 2.
I think that's one of the reasons there are activist groups in the UK that wants to limit the use of SUVs etc in the city...

Haha....maybe...but then their main market is still Malaysia and mostly right hand drive countries like UK for export at the moment, so it doesn't make much sense.....
European marques are the opposite in that their main markets are left hand drive...........
