at the end, doesn't matter which manufacture.

As long as they have good QC and good after sales.

Mercedes Benz - C class & E class having a major QC during year

2001-2004 make the highest management been 'FIRED' kau-kau

after that the local assembler by QC straight from Germany Staff.

Rectified those problem and sending apollogy letter and also special

invitation to some VIP event with free Voucher and time to time call

customer to check back the problem. Of course that is luxury car.

Mean while, other economical manufacturer could also improve

after sales.

No bash just want to say WE AS USER, WE PAID AND WE DESERVE

OUR SERVICE. Value of the car does not be an excuse fro them, they quote the reasonable price and we brought it. SALES & SERVICE are come together wheather they like it or not. IF not, why they offer such
as warranty or complain department? just my 2cent

yap, generally they learn their lesson....... Cutting cost will much effect they sales also. Cost reduction are sensitive to sales also.

well, actually seem it a good way. Not meaning of killing each other is good but

we as a customer may enjoy the benefit since both very compitetive on the market. We benefit such as lower price, better QC, and etc

most of perodua car seem to be overpriced that why Proton have advantages come out sedan car with lower price. Which I think is a good idea

I actually prefer safe car. because many ah beng drive like madman ~ later if car no safety, I might get kill by ppl knock my car.
