May i know that if i apply for the loan, and when its approved while waiting car to arrive, i cancel the loan and pay cash instead? do i need to pay any penalty?

This afternoon go settle with loan and get the chance to test drive the car which just arrived yesterday. Pickup and power, it's smooth. Braking is good, not those sudden braking type. Gonna test drive again tomorrow with my colleages. Good car for its price.
