Neither from me as well...

N I paid RM300 for reserving 15PM 512GB N.Ti. n picking up from Maxsux Sunway Pyramid... (reserved made on 22nd September @ 9am-ish)

Is there any chance for reserved customers to receive phones, similar to those PO paid in full?

Seems like those getting Blue / Black pro are most likely to get it sooner than those Natural / White pro

Ohhhh d agony… :C

EDIT: not only in Malaysia, the whole global having supply issues for Natural / White as well

Totally understand global shortage issue... the frustration here is with Maxis... I dropped by the Maxis center earlier.. they insisted "there is nothing we can check or update you as long as you do not receive SMS"

you can go to Maxis Store KLCC on 9/10/23 around after 12pm, check with CS there whether they have the Device for you to pick up if you dont receive any sms or email. My Partner did that as she purchased online via Maxis App (Not Pre-Order). She ordered on 23/09/23 11.24am, collected on 30/09/23 around 12pm.

on 29/09/23, we saw in the Maxis App, order Status showing In transit , 1st Attempt. So we did went next day to the Maxis Outlet where we suppose to collect. Once we reached there, we asked the CS, He asked for the IC for them to check and to verify. Once they check in their system, they confirmed that they have the Device to pick up. we also picked up our device without any hassle, its take about 20 mins process.

Wanna ask, normally there will be few date for the billing cycle and the data refresh, any idea which date for Maxis?

I just successfully port into Maxis on 2nd Oct 2023 around 3pm, and my data refresh is on 9th Oct 2023.

Wonder the 9th is one of the data refresh day for Maxis, or coz i upgrade package to get the phone ( since the estimate phone collection date is 9th Oct 2023)
