Hi all, I am not against of having dogs as pet but if the dog barking non stop till it impact your family general wellbeing then we need to do something. Talked to the neighbour before but with no fck attitude also susah. Is there any jabatan to take care of such cases around KL/Cheras?

Dog is licensed or unlicensed ?

If dog is outside of house compound, can call DBKL, they will come catch the dog away.

Your complain should be noise polution, unwanted disturbance during quiet time. They will come issue warning. Unfortunately you need to lodge multiple reports with this.

I assume is terrace house but if the building is under Strata management then definitely can take action from DBKL.

If it is not under Strata, you need to compile evidence of the dog barking in video, timestamp it, hopefully get multiple instances and then can initiate civil lawsuit.
But you need proof that you have discussed with the said neighbour about the problem and no action taken then.
