My issue is i cant record in 720p, in a paid account. I did manage to get 720p on one occasion, but after that i cant, it just records with the SD.

I am recording to my computer. Best part is, if i record on a free account, i can get 720p. Anybody can help ?

Any record error message? Usually, it is depend on your internet line. If your line wasn't stable to provide 720p all the time, it would auto reduce it. Usually we use OSB to record instead of using Zoom.

In the beginning there were no error msg, but now i am getting. It says that it could not convert the recording, but does in fact download the video with SD res.

I do use OBS in our desktop, but when i am on the go, my laptop is not a current one, so i dnt stress it with OBS, as it begins to push its fans so loudly.
