Recently been thinking of clearing my outstanding housing loan for a condo and was informed by the bank that I need to engage a lawyer for housing disposal service.

How much does a lawyer charge for a RM600k condo disposal service?

Any one here can recommend a good lawyer with good services assuming the rates are more or less the same. Need to engage for other loan related services as well.
