Ill do a quick share of mine.
1) When asked if there will be canvas protection, he said yes. Turns out is just a plastic sheet, everything else not covered. So my floor full of dust now. I will most probably also need to find a cleaning team to floor polish back my tiles.

2) He measure the areas himself, he himself also can get the measurements wrong. Im not referring to 1-2cm off. I am referring to 20-30cm off. Example windows.

3) Forgot something dont want admit. Come up with 1001 excuses

4) When ask if his main con doing the work, he say yes. Turns out is sub con.

5) Intially when ask for timeline, he say 2 weeks because the work is minor wet works. Now is already closing 3 months. This has caused all my other stuff like carpentry all delayed indefinitely.
