moving from singlehood into familyhood which leads to the interesting world of property with endless possibilities... as far as limited budget can reach that is.



Some folks with house with land have standalone structures like car shelters or sheds or gazebos considered under the awning rules or is there a separate rule book for unattached structures?

Some folks enclose their awning area into workshop/garages/storage/sheds of sorts...
is there any rules governing this?
when is it too much? (partition walls? brick walls? windows?)

would be great if someone could point to some reference for MBJB area... if not, general discussion would be interesting too
