Are you referring to Own Damage Knock for knock? If so, there may be an issue here as the 3rd party is a lorry.

Afaik and from what I was told and read, for OD-KFK claim, the 3rd party should be private vehicles and they must have comprehensive insurance. The insurance companies came up with this scheme to speed up claims process.

For the "as long as have insurance" type of claims, these are normal time-consuming claims IMO.

All said, I wish insurance claiming procedure here was as simple as what they hv in Singapore.
