Maxis Call Quality Issue Recently

Just wanted to know if it's my phone issue or Maxis issue.
i) Drop Calls very frequent ii) Talking after a while , the other party will sound like a robot or wont be able to hear them iii) Maxis 4G data kinda slow
are you guys facing the same issue? (i) and (ii) is almost happening on every call

Well... same issue I am facing; impossible to accept data quality, intermittent calls disconnect (found out that it was caused by VOLTE going away, and the signal being switched to 2G).
And for all these, you can thank Ericsson for pharking it up.

What to do? Management gatal... Huawei core so good... die die want to change to Ericsson core...
Now everyday facing stability issue...

(i) and (ii) is almost happening on every call yap, a lot of my maxis family members are having issues with calls and data. celcom too. im digi so far okay but digi still got 3g network in klang valley. must wait and see if digi also kabtoi later

Having the same issue for the past 2 weeks. Phone has full bar but if someone calls it does not go thru. At first I thought it was because I updated the phone. But still keeps happening intermittently.
Have called Maxis just now said they have reset my line. So right now just monitoring.

Seriously call drops is too frequent now. Call quality is shit, notice it become worse after volte activation

Call Centre told me they have new sim card since Dec 1st, ask me to go change it and they are confident that it solves the problem.
So i went to pyramid today, long q but for sim change, just walk in and self service at the machine, no need to Q but let the guard know.
Let's see if it helps. I will update again asap if SIM change helps
Note: only Maxis Centers like Pyramid, KLCC, Gardens. Not the dealer shop. Dealer shop they don't even know such a thing, but at Pyramid today i ask teh same question at Maxis Center and he told me the same thing. It synced with the call center
