Samsung Galaxy S21 series are the only Samsung made phones supported by the Malaysia 5G network. Other Samsung 5G smartphones will not work right now.
Even the RM6k-RM7k Samsung Galaxy Fold3 is not yet certified for Malaysia 5G despite it being a flagship phone.
Apple 5G iPhones are also not compatible at the moment.
DNB is hoping to make these and a long list of other smartphones to work with its 5G network by/in January 2022.
Xiaomi has the most number of supported models for Malaysia 5G right now.

lol

Check if the phone is actually connected to 5G with NetMonster app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.mroczis.netmonster). It shouldn't say something like "5G NSA disconnected" if the phone did connect to 5G

Also the previous speeds that you showed is definitely from your Maxis fibre connection, there is no way the ping can be like that on 5G NSA

thanks for info. no wonder slow for me. not connected to 5G. maybe here no. phone just show 5G, gimmick

Hows the battery life? Drain drastically or acceptable?
*
I only switch it when at home…acceptable. At work I use back my maxis as yes 4g sucks. Lol

The switching thing really need to be fixed.

Once you go 5g (within reasonable prices and speeds), you will never want to go back to 4g anymore.

lol yeah..when u are on min 300mbps..nobody want 4g speed
