QUOTE(luqman98x @ Dec 17 2021, 10:06 AM) I meant LTE band 28, NOT 5G n28 as anchor band If phone has LTE band 28, it is likely to work on DNB's 5G if the phone also supports 5G n78 Thanks again for the further explanation. My phone do not have LTE band 28 also.

QUOTE(sharpman @ Dec 17 2021, 08:56 AM) what is your handphone make and model? need to make sure your handphone supported in the DNB list k40 pro plus... didn't see in the list QUOTE(JLA @ Dec 17 2021, 09:12 AM) Existing Yes customers can make the switch to the 5G plans, however, you’ll need to switch to a new SIM. The only way to do so is by dropping an email to yescare [@] yes.my. Unfortunately, the Yes Prepaid FT5G is only offered to new customers. If you’re an existing Yes prepaid subscriber and wish to keep your number, you must upgrade to the Yes Postpaid FT5G RM49 option and you can only do so over the counter. You can’t get the 5G-enabled SIM in store Following the launch of Yes 5G service yesterday, we went to a Yes store at Lot 10 hoping to get a prepaid starter pack. Unfortunately, the Prepaid SIMs are not available at the store and the only way to pick up a 5G-enabled SIM is to order online via their website. https://soyacincau.com/2021/12/16/yes-5g-fi...unlimited-data/adoi... so leceh... keep using their 4- je la

QUOTE(aku_dia @ Dec 17 2021, 10:59 AM) k40 pro plus... didn't see in the list adoi... so leceh... keep using their 4- je la K40 Pro Plus probably won't get 5G in Malaysia, because telcos and DNB won't provide 5G for devices not officially registered under SIRIM in Malaysia

But 4G modem dont have sirim mcmc sticker no problem. I think operator doing IMEI verification check like smartphone plan.
