How about battery life? Drastic drain or acceptable?

Battery usage is fine. It is just the constant switching between 4g and 5g that slow things down.

The "switching" or "handshaking" part is a.k.a #5G_is_fake

I performed the test on last saturday late evening at area around Sri Petaling , near Endah Parade
1 thing i notice the 5G is not stable as my phone keep switch between 4G , 4G+ and 5G

but when i running Meteor app that time was under 5G signal

Agreed , keep switching until I notice my whole 2nd Sim (the 2nd slot that I insert YES 5G Sim card) is go offline (whole network signal bar get dimmed)
To fix it , I have to On/Off airplane mode

Yes fixed it around 11pm Saturday if not mistaken.

You might wanna retest now and it should be fast across Meteor, Fast.com, nPerf, etc...

But yes I agree on the switching problem at certain tower, if you look at my speedtest result, 1 tower particular at Restoran Klasik Maju, Taman Cempaka Ampang, my phone has problem locking into 5G, it keeps wanna switch to 4G and that tower is where I have my lowest result of 369 Mbps.. i think they need some time to optimize all the towers.

On other note, once I enter KL, along Jalan Ampang, after the traffic light at Great Eastern Mall heading to KL, my phone has no problem locking into 5G until in front of KLCC (where I u-turn back to Ampang) so those towers I think have been optimized properly

Hence the "non-FUP" "true" unlimited 5G access.... To ensure we are happy doing Ookla speedtest unlimited-ly everyday...

Pendakwah Teknologi guy posted the updated video. Apparently Yes contacted him after he published the (now deleted) previous video and the next morning he woke up with notification saying Yes fixed the speed cap issue on 5G prepaid.

watched this, he basically validated my findings that NO FUP, NO SPEEDCAP and NO QUOTA HOSTPOT for 5G for now

So just speedtest no limit? App usage got limit?

if you watch the video he tested Netflix 4K and Youtube 4K no buffering issue.. so the UNLIMITED not only to Speedtest apps

Kuching will camping next to 5G towers until 31st March 2022...LOL...
