The speed of 5G tower that DNB build is too slow...
If some area does not have 5G coverage, you only can complain to Telco and Telco complain to DNB, it's nothing else that you or Telco can do, like switch to other Telco that the place you frequently travel has better coverage....

What others I most concern is indoor and underground coverage, like LRT MRT stations, shopping mall and car parks...

Now end of 2022 already, some of the shopping mall or car park , Yes 4G or Unifi can no signal as well..

If those Telco cannot make agreement with those premises owner, I think gov should get engaged in assistant...

Any recommendations for 2nd hand phone RM700 and below except Huawei since no Google

I am looking at Oppo Find X2 Lite which is being sold around RM690 on Carousell but I am not sure whether this phone supports 5G

On Samsung phone, can see connected to fake 5G network (b28) or real 5G nqetwork (n78)

I use free Yes sim so not sure about making calls .. all voice call I use my Maxis Postpaid business SIM

Careful with these 5G replacement networks.

They're now proactively banning or throttling unfamiliar non MCMC certified phones/modems IMEI with the new 5G networks which uses a new subset of identifiers which are called PEI.
Many of us who bought China imported phones even branded top models from overseas but flashed with international firmwares will also be affected.

Suddenly you'll find your phone even after inserted with valid SIMs will not connect to the telco network despite having a valid active account. You're money then totally wasted. You can spoof IMEI easily with modified modems but not with phones which cancels your warranty.

I have a few China 4G phones (TCL, HONOR, Ulefone and Doogee) & OEM branded modems already affected by this even when they're not modded with quota based plans. When you turn them on no network shows up. They just refuse to connect. They became bricks and wasted e-waste.

Don't say VoLTE, even logging on to the 4G network hoping to use data only also blocked. Totally useless.

Not sure why they make it so difficult for 5g phones to work.

My phone is not in the supported list but 5g works. Poco x4 gt.
