It's normal tactic for any salesman, not only in property but other product also.
If you go car gallery, they also will tell you car will increase price once the free tax ended very soon.
Don't get disturb by their pushy tactic, sales no good only use this kind of way.
Good sales time, no need beg customer, customer will come voluntary like Rosewoodz project.

Eh i already sign snp anyway so not really affecting me haha, just curious why they suddenly decide to increase price nia.

Btw this project havent officially launch ke? I asked my agent for the carpark drawing to roughly know wer my parking space is located but the agent say usually official launch only will have the carpark drawing for us to refer? mean now still consider prelaunch ke? hmm.gif

Not true I think carpark drawing will usually already be available even when choosing ur unit so u know ur floor etc isn't...ur spa should also show ur carpark lot etc.

Ya SNP got write my carpark lot number and which floor it is, but i have no idea where it is located like whether it is near lift lobby or not hahaha

Guess i will have to wait until the project official launch then.

Anyone knows what is the current snp rate for this project? Currently booked a 3 room unit , but quite concerned with the overall sales. Agent told me 3 room sales is hot but 4 room.. very very slow 😵‍💫

IQI agent will able to tell you. It's inside their database.
Ask them for reason why 3+1 not selling well.
I feel Jalan Gasing view is the safest from any blocked view in the future. Those sold out since last year I think.

I actually got abit regret when i place booking for the mid valley view, after i look at map i found it is more like millerz square view leh hahaha

It is like 50% view is millerz i think, but still ok la millerz not bad look also, plus left hand side i think still can see abit greenery of bukit gasing, right hand side still can see KLCC far far away i think hahaha so i decide to stick with my decision, just hope wont suddenly have a tall building between D'ivo and Millerz nia doh.gif

They told me, oh cox APDL baru dapat, so SPA sales not that high. Blablabla.. but honestly la I feel people who can afford 700k property probably prefer to spend at other areas or maybe even consider subsale landed.

Agree that gasing view is the best, I released my booked unit facing MV view and waiting for agent to inform me of any released gasing unit. Got then got, don't have then just move on...

I originally booked MV view too, then kena my parents and friend tiok 99 cox of the same reason, it is kinda like millerz view rather than MV view, plus really hard to predict tbh, rozel showroom, AK office can easily shift or relocate if developer able to buy their land... if that happens then gg habis la 🥲 but anyhow at least now you still get a pretty night view so dont think so much first

I am now waiting for gasing release unit.

I doubt people will release the Gasing view coz many buy for own stay.
MV view is blocked by Millerz and potential next door if next time they decide to sell the furniture shop land and cash out.

Actually got gasing view release units due to rejected loan. My agent has offered me 2 so far, but I declined cox not my ideal floor. Now kinda neutral already, prepared to not have any suitable unit and just let go

As i know , this project have no APDL yet . So after feb 2022 , government have implement the HIMS system . you might need to re- sign again for those SPA.
Car park should know when you book the unit unless this project not yet obtained APDL .

are you serious ? all project should have car park plan ( SIFUs) . Unless they haven't obtain SIFUS yet

IMHO the layout seems targeted at investors planning to rent out their units.

Personally I wouldn’t purchase a unit like this for own stay.

Millerz net price about 800k plus with fully furnish, freehold

Rental whole unit around 2.2k to 2.5k
bank value only 498k

D'ivo is leasehold bare unit/partial furnish, if for own stay is up to personal preference.
Investment wise good luck
