As per my topic, how do you customise your iphone?

I saw some guides on how to change the app icons but it seems like you need to setup one by one?

And how does your setup on homescreen look like? I'm kinda getting bored of my setup and of course the lack of customization irks me but i wanna see how to get around with it.
