empire23, I have no say in this, but I just wanna make it known, just ban the dupes that are actually causing some racial tension la, like what you said, use dupe A report some guy for bumi comments, and dupe B to report comments from nons; this kind of thing is just giving you mods a headache, so while you're at it, just get rid of them. and for the comments made by those who have no dupes is still fine as is, you can take action according to your SOP la.

I want to lah, but usually these people have so many spare dupe accounts created in bulk it's easier for me not to ban them and just delete posts as necessary. At least if they're using known accounts, the team can keep an eye on them.

If perma and they use a covert spare account then I'll have to build a user profile all the way from zero to figure out their intent. I agree with you in principle, but in practice, believe me it's hard to do all the time.
