Anyone know this newly launched project at Kota Damansara?

So far here is the info I know:

Fully residential condo
Leasehold
Low density condo with 281 units
Size from 905sf to 1623sf (all are 2+1 unit)
Price about 650psf
Maintenance fee at RM0.385 per sqd
Developed by Asian Pac Holding Berhad

Is this worth for own stay and investment purpose?

Is own stay property or fully residential condo less attractive if comparing to service apartment nowadays?

Doesn't matter fully residential or commercial development, if the area is mature then it will become very attractive.

So far a lot of projects in PJ area are quoting 800psf to 1000psf. So I wonder why no people talk about this project.

Not yet. I don't know where is the rumawip within Kota damansara. Do you know it?

mahogany residences is in between seksyen 9 and SMK seksyen 10.

I have log in 1 unit. Developer waiting APDL licence, be around end jan next year, to sign S&P...there is no rumawip there..

Quiet, also due to they just put up signboard in Kota dsara .before tis, may not so many people aware of it..How about Sunway Dhill? You guys prefer which?

I had done visit for both projects and I decided to give up Dhill.
Dhill is my first choice at first but the price psf and no balcony (type A/B) really pull me off... bye.gif

Actually, both Mahogany n Dhill, earlier on, both project I also log in .then, Both projects has its pros and cons ..I suppose, to sign SnP next Sunday...I think I will go ahead for SnP, thinking of , in future, property price, will keep on increasing...it won't dropping..

I did visit both, and initially booked 1 unit with Dhill, but then I drop it. Coz Sunway can't even how are they going to do with the retail shops there, for sell or managed by Sunway. Around KD, there are a few service apartments with retail shops, but most of them seem not fully rent out and managed probably.

I prefer mahogany because this is fully residential on residential land, which I think it is quite rare in PJ area nowadays.
