If you do random search on the net it is legit when flight is operated as scheduled, however if there any schedule change or cancellation on the flight then they will just buat bodoh as if nothing happen when you tried to call for refund.

That why as I always prefer to book directly with Airlines or Hotel over OTA as if any shit happened these people will just taichi you and just ask you talk to OTA instead since OTA are one who sold the ticket and not them.

Most have best price policy on own page but usually such cheaper rate found online due to rate leakage (eg the rate is sold to direct user when it is supposed to sold under package deal with hotel). Nothing illegal just that it was sold tru tepi jalan kind of deal.
