We been experiencing a worst interior designer during a time year 2021 June. No site visit , no coordination on site.
Only print out A3 size drawing for contractor to works.
Even come to site, like a vase, less then 10 min gone, escuse is got a lot meeting at others place.
Please beware of this company

Anyway, what are your other grouses other than site visits......project delay, materials quality, poor workmanship etc ?

Unless you have paid a high downpayment, I am sure things can be sorted out at the end of the project with the balance sum due to him.

Time management is always a problem for one man show when there are many jobs.

Better elaborare further so we can understand your situation otherwise some will see this as a slander

You have to take it with a grain of salt when the ts wholely supports Mr.Yap as if he is god send. This forum is full of contractors who are advertising and thrashing one another.

So the workmanship is bad???
Since no coordinate with contractor???
