Anyone experienced FPX payment failed and next with 'in process' status?

Didn't received m2u tac until timeout, dem..

Would like to know for how long before the tickbox become available again? Or I need to call/ email them from the FAQ page? (Last resort)

Update: After the system close for maintenance from 1145pm-1215am, just checking in 1217am, the tickbox is available again.

Luckily my case near to maintenance time, so my waiting time not too long.

Just hope it will unlock automatically the soonest or else give a try to call/ email them to unlock a.s.a.p, or need to wait sunday after the maintenance schedule.

Weird, able to login via web but home page still loading vs. unable to login at all via apps 🤔

Finally, settled already. Tips: Don't use apps, use the web. Can uninstall it now.
