(not sure if this is the right section to ask)
I had this very cheap tesco brand induction cooker, where it doesn't go under 100C, and I suspect it had something to do with my electric bill go double/triple.
Everyone is telling me induction uses not much electricity, so maybe because cheap cooker somehow "lies" about the electricity usage ? can someone explain to me?
and If I were to try again, is the Xiaomi one with 99 levels of heat ok ?
