 maxis home fibre 300mbps or not?

Hi, i found out recently my family's maxis home fibre (300mbps) isnt really getting the value for its price la. i ran some speedtest (ookla,fast.com,tm)on my phone only but only got 11mbps which i dont think is normal even on a phone right?. it was fine for quite some time until this month suddenly very slow . already tried resetting and all just the technician not yet. is this normal for people subscribed to this maxis home fibre 300mbps plan or what? any ideas how to resolve this problem ?

What router u using? Could be router almost dying ad.. xD Last time my router also like that. xD

used the one where they provided Tplink Archer C5v seems pretty old la

maybe need change router? you got spare router? seems okay though. lol. most probs maxis side. lol

1. Try to test using LAN cable.
2. Swap the router with a better one, also the LAN cable connecting to BTU.
If still cannot get good speed, report to Maxis and ask technician to check.
