Hi everybody,

Hope you guys can throw some models, price and "where to buy" in this topic.
I'm looking for the most affordable solution to play my PS2 (quality & portability)

I'm currently using COMPONENT INPUT into my 29" CRT TV.

Thanx in advance!

wrong section. hardware QnA.

for your question, just grab a LCD with component or composite input. btw, portability? i never though 19in or 22in is portable though. unless u meant 7in or 9in lcd...

Apologies for posting in wrong section ... where should this be?

Oh... NOT that kind (put in car...) of portable - at least easy to move around compared to a heavy CRT TV!

Yeah... hoping some LCD fans can give me a quick guide on some models to look at ... another thing... not easy to get LCD with component input ... mostly with Analogue (VGA) & DVI input only...

Help?

Huh dell 22 got component input?

lance: Most lcd monitor in the market doesnt come with those inputs like tv, only few carries them and most common found in local market are such as benq 241w, dell 2407, dell 2707, samsung 275t, samsung 244t, viewsonic vx2835wm and etc, which I got no idea anymore. Most mentioned are at least 24inch and some are 27 or 28 inch lcd monitor.

For common lcd monitor which had only dvi and d sub port, you probally will need those so call lcd tv box like show in the link below http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=404782&hl=

sniperwolf - thanx for revert ... very useful

Yes, I was under the impression that COMPONENT input is only for the higher end market ... sigh... do you think it will show up in smaller screens in the near future?

Will check out the models/links ... thanx again!
