so I guess you are in science stream as a precautionary measure for better career prospect in the future. In that case, like forumers said if you are passionate about arts, can always study on your own. When you ultimately decided to study arts in uni, a science pre-u qualifications wont disadvantage you. And I don't think being worried about falling behind your peers with arts background is a concern. e.g. I took some political science courses during my undergrad(major is engineering). I do lots of readings on pol science and as such, I was able to follow along well
