First, you must determine why you want to study so many subjects. If your goal is to get 12 straight A+ in SPM, I recommend you don't. Many of my classmates did the same thing during my time. They desired as many A+ as possible. Even the school principal required all science students to take an extra art class to increase their A+ grades. It was highly intense and stressful. I don't believe there is a need to do so. It only benefits the school's reputation (as well as the reputation of the teachers and principal). It will, however, put a lot of pressure on you to perform well in SPM.

If your goal is to broaden your horizons later to choose specific art subjects like accounting and economics, you should give it a shot if you can manage it. It may not be worth the effort, but if you are truly a competent student who is very talented in studies, has great determination, and has a mind that is above-averagely matured, I would encourage you to take additional subjects. However, keep in mind that even if you do not take art subjects in the science field, you can still switch to arts later in your degree.

If you are only interested in art and dislike science, you should probably switch to the art stream. Malaysian careers are more oriented toward the arts. Malaysia has a scarcity of science careers. As a result, if you dislike science, entering into the art stream is not a bad idea. My opinion is that you should study science only if you want to be a doctor, engineer, pharmacist, or dentist. Otherwise, switch to art and concentrate on business, finance, accounting, marketing, etc. These paths will never die, as they have a high employability rate and a decent salary.

If you prefer pure arts such as fine arts, dancing, and so on, it is not a problem to pursue these fields later on, but you must be responsible for your own decision. Since you're in Form 3, either science or art will not jeopardize your future, but if you still want to pursue a science career, please choose science. Taking both science and art subjects, in my opinion, is highly discouraging because it only adds an unnecessary burden to students, which eventually leads to depression.
