Hi, I can only qualify for 70% (LTV70 symptom) nowadays.. Is it possible to pay the remaining 30% (around 50k lets say) with my credit card provided that I have the limit?

How does it work though? If I can get FPP for 0% that would be even better.

If you pay the dp using CC, it may affect the 70% loan approval later. Do remember that loan approval amount is based on income and other outstanding commitments.

credit card is really a bad idea, the yearly interest is very high,

if you really need it, rather than credit card why dont go for personal loan instead?

my loan approved 80%, my banker last time ask me to take personal loan with them if i cant pay the remaining, but i used my own saving instead to pay the remaining.

If the banker said can apply PL, you should request her to get approval for higher loan sum.

thats why i dont understand the banker, first say approved 90%, signed LA already then suddenly say got system glitch, actually only aproved 80%, but offer me personal loan instead.

i dont agree on the personal loan part and pay out of my own pocket instead.

maybe its their scheme to trap buyer into personal loan and make more profit.

Credit card interest rate sibeh high, at that rate might as well use personal loan instead, provided effective rate (NOT flate rate ah, read the fine print) is lower.
