Dont think so, cause your router is the one doing the authentication so Maxis knows who are you, what you plan speed cap is and stuff

I m referring to NVR, because the NVR Is installed in store room, maxis modem also in store room, if I put maxis router in store room in order to let nvr to connect maxis router, I cannot use the voip phone service. Therefore, I m thinking to put maxis router in my living room, but if like tht nvr cannot connect maxis router, got any solutions to suggest? Few options: 1) Hire someone to pull the lan network cable across ceiling and into the living room. Something I did back when I install hikvision cameras around the house 2) Use powerline ethernet adapter. One at living room, and another at store room 3) Use another router (if you got extra) and setup as wireless repeater, connect nvr to this repeater

Use LAN cable frm LAN1 switch to LAN1 maxis router Then NVR can connect to any LAN port at switch

You mean to connect the DVR device of your CCTV? You need to set port forward if possible. Some new types of DVR devices just using P2P, does not neccessary DDNS or port forwarding. Just plug the LAN cable directly to router.
If you found that not enough router LAN ports, just get a TP-Link brand gigabit switch. Just do plug and play by connecting your router to the gigabit switch. The rest network cables just connect to your gigabit switch.
