Would like to complain and find the seller. Details of the transaction are as below:

Amount of money involved : RM50.00
Details of the complaint :

- Payment was made via Maybank2u and also seller has confirm receipt of payment.
- As of today 17/09/2007 no item has been received.
- Seller has a 'Safe Trader' tag. I believe he has many successful trades but the bottomline as I have yet to receive my goods till today
- Have a lot of difficulty to contact him. PMed, SMSed, Called but very difficult to reach him. Only managed to contact him twice and he promised to send to me but till now nothing. Have request for tracking number but no news from seller.
- Checked his profile and last active date: 15th September 2007 - 11:12 PM
- Total 4 of us ordered and I am the only one not to receive the goods.
- I am posting this thread as its a last resort. Give up trying to contact seller.

pm him ask him come here explain,or sms him warn him lo..whether he receive or not is his punya pasal lo..

Go here, bro. Warn him if that he doesn't show up to defend himself or do the right thing, you will report him as you have all his details. Save all your proofs (sms, emails, messages, etc.) to use it against him.

Thanks all for your comments. I have already PMed him about this thread yesterday hope he comments soon. I'll consider sending him a SMS if I don't hear from him soon.

Might consider going to the Tribunal if no news.

he own safe trader tag ,admin give this tag confirm he has done pass transaction perfectly without complaining

maybe this times he really busy as he said ,why dun give him sometime to settle this ,juz pm and sms him about this thread and state ur deadline in sms or pm ,if he still dun wan appear then only u do watever u wan lar

Mind to see when the TS made the transaction then only judge?? It's he own last resort. Somemore, how come a person forget to send for a month, even busy for a month. Taking some time to send the items are not taking days, most taking 1 hour.

Thanks for the advice. Yes have PMed him already. I also believe that he is very busy but still he has agreed twice to send the items to me so I would believe he would see that through. Have called and SMSed him many times already but don't get any response.

FYI TS has agreed to send the items on two occassions:

I waited close to a month and had to chase to get the second reply.... but till today no news.

mango...i ordered a battlechest from him also....yesterday he pm-ed me saying that he gonna send it to me today...he said sorry for the delay also...

This question I am asking on behalf of all safe trader taggers. So, let's say seller manage to settle everything with the complainant. It still shows that he made up lies and failed to send as promised. Would this be a reason enough to rid his safe trader status?

Which company/party tracking number? if Pos Malaysia, go to www.pos.com.my to track the status of the parcel.

just became aware of this after just reading MangO's pm which was sent to me 4 days ago...

sorry to GreenSamurai n MangO for the delay... but the damage has been done.

i still have lotsa stock but guess i'm gonna stop this bulk for a while coz i have no means of maintaining it.

as for why i logged on but no response was because as i explained to some forumers in private, i share my acc with A friend; as some should already guessed who.

i would like to clarify that alvin is NOT scamming or cheating but merely got dragged with his new enviroment...but all that said, alvin, you better fast fast settle this lorr...draggin like this hor...god also canot help u leh...

nah...obviously its not some scam...its just maybe some problem going on... a person wouldnt wanna spoil his name in lyn forum with 1.6k posts and a safe trader tag... hope this case settle soon... your new environment must be bugging you...chill...

Good news. Have received my item and it is in order. Have installed, patched and am able to play on bnet. Thanks for responding to my posts. As I have said in the thread itself I was was sure that you would not cheat me. What really got me worked up was that you never returned my calls and smses sent through the month.

Hope all your difficulties will be sorted out soonest possible. so will you will be able to get back to trading again.
